I added a MiniMax to my BGE platforms and by its self it fit the bill for what I needed since the number of family members and friends Im cooking for vary. For me, my medium has enough space between the convEGGarator and grill to allow for the ceramic plate to be an alternate cook surface but for the Minimax, the Grate Stacker was the perfect addition for a few extra burgers for an unexpected guest or a spread of jalapeno poppers when cooking up a few steaks.
Well made, good quality extra grill. Provides extra space etc. as advertised. Very happy with purchase for use with BGE Mini-Max and would work for other similar size grills as well.
I have a medium bge. It is sometimes difficult to find useful equipment that makes a difference. I am pleased to say that my stacker, grill plate, chimney cap and drip pan worked synergistically together to help me make the best smoked/grilled babyback ribs and spatchcocked whole chicken. I am still getting compliments. Thank You for helping to improve my bge skills .
Wow! The stainless is much thicker than expected; this is great! It should stand up to years of use. We put it to use last week; lots of cooking space and the smaller grill was great for keeping things warm. Thank you!
