Refund policy

We offer an exchange or refund (by the original payment method) as preferred by the buyer for any reason on products within 30 days of the purchase date. The purchaser may choose either replacement or refund within this 30 day period. To initiate a refund please contact the SmokeWare.net LLC via email or by calling our toll free number listed in the customer service section of this website.  Return shipping costs vary from case to case.
